EL6982 - A Napoleonic era British 1796 pattern heavy cavalry officer's full dress sword. 32 inch double-edged blade, with fuller, which has been service sharpened. Some pitting near the tip and overall patina. The guard and pommel seemingly of bronze, in good shape, but with a little bit of movement in the guard due to the loss of the leather washer. The grip copper bound in good shape. No scabbard.
