EL7310 - A good 1796 pattern light cavalry sabre. The blade has numerous small nicks, as pictured, but the sword is otherwise in very good condition! The blade is bright and clean, and is to firm in the hilt still that it rings like a bell. There is a maker's name to the spine, but indistinct, perhaps Hadley. The grip with some wear to the leather, but overall all very good condition for the age. No scabbard, but it is quite typical shape and size (blade just under 33 inches), so it should be possible to find a 1796 sabre scabbard to fit.
