EL6735 - Scarce 'medium' sized 1853 pattern cavalry sword, probably for an Indian cavalry regiment. Featuring a 34.5 inch almost-straight (rather than curved) blade in good condition, with patina, and a slightly reduced size hilt. The steel guard and leather grip scales in quite good condition, all firm and secure. No markings and no scabbard.
