EL6565 - A good 2nd Lancashire Rifles sword (etched on blade), retailed by Freeman and made by Thurkle. Dating the 1860s or 70s. Blade clean and bright with good etching, hilt and scabbard a bit rusty and in need of a clean, but all solid and sound. A bit of a split in the grip (see photos), but it appears solid and stable. Should clean up really well.
