Product Details

EL7032 - A Victorian cavalry musician's sword. Featuring a bright and clean 29 inch infantry sergeant's style blade of around 1850 in date, with quill point, mounted to a type of brass lion-head pommel mameluke hilt most often associated with cavalry musicians. The peen is tight at the pommel, but there is movement between hilt and blade, probably due to the shrinkage of the leather washer. No scabbard.
