EL6967 - A late-Victorian 1897 Pattern infantry officer's sword made by WKC of Solingen, dating to 1897-1901. The blade has been very extensively service sharpened, to give about a foot of single-bevel edge, so the sword was presumably carried on campaign around 1900 or perhaps WW1. The sword would benefit from some cleaning and light restoration, but is fundamentally in good condition, with everything tight and no movement. Complete with field service scabbard.
