EL7316 - A good mid-Victorian 1845 pattern Infantry officer's sword, retailed by Johnstone of Dublin and London. Bright blade, of just under 33 inches long, in very good plated condition. Hilt firm on the tang with no movement, the brass guard in good shape, the shagreen and grip wire very good, complete in brass (field rank) scabbard.
