EL6991 - A scarce Nepalese ram dao sacrificial sword, dated 1906. Featuring a forwards-curved single-edge billhook type blade and full tang hilt construction. Wooden grips riveted through the tang, with brass disc end pommel (which itself moves around). The blade with engraving, brass inlay, and red painting in some of the engraved lines, most notably with the characteristic eye emblem. Overall length 60cm.
