EL6690 - An Edwardian (1901-1910) Royal Army Medical Corps (RAMC) officer's sword. Retailed by Angel of London, maker unknown. This is a good example of the pattern, featuring a fairly bright and clean blade with only small areas of patina and a lot of the mirror polish and frost etching remaining. Carrying the RAMC emblem and Edward VII cypher clearly. The blade is firm in the hilt and the grip is in very good condition. The scabbard is rather tired, with stitching missing, but otherwise sound.
