EL6120 - A WW1 era 1897 pattern infantry officer's sword, with George V's cypher to guard and blade. The stamped 'proved' mark is normally indicative of mass-produced wartime contingency by Sheffield and Birmingham makers. The etching is faint and the condition is average, but everything is solid and the grip is rather good. Priced accordingly.
