EL6537 - A good example of a George V WW1 era Sheffield-made average quality infantry officer's sword. Sheffield had to pick up the slack in sword production during WW1, as the traditional sword making centres of Birmingham and London could not keep up with the demand, as new officers were commissioned. This is a typical example, and in good condition overall.
