EL7217 - A George V 1896 pattern cavalry officer's sword (1910-1912, or perhaps a little later). Made on contract by Wilkinson for an outfitter, with the Wilkinson trade disc, but no retailer etched on the ricasso. The blade bright and with good etching. The hilt firm on the tang, the guard dark with patina, but the grip good. In field service scabbard. Would benefit from a clean up of the hilt, but the blade very good.
